OxygenOS 15 release timeline has been published by the company for OnePlus devices. It is said by the company that the first open beta version would start rolling out from October 30 and the first device to receive it is OnePlus 12.
The company also published a comprehensive list of devices that will receive the open beta version and when each is expected to receive it.

From October 30th:
OnePlus 12, OnePlus 12R, OnePlus 12R (Genshin Impact Edition).
From November:
OnePlus Open, OnePlus Pad 2.
From December:
OnePlus 115G, OnePlus 11R 5G, OnePlus Nord 4, OnePlus Nord CE 4, OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite 5G, OnePlus Pad.
From January 2025:
OnePlus 10 Pro 5G, OnePlus 10T 5G, OnePlus Nord 3 5G.
From February 2025:
OnePlus 10R 5G, OnePlus Nord CE 3 5G
Hence, this is the comprehensive list of the devices which will get open beta along with timeline.
For now, the date of stable version of OxygenOS has not been confirmed by the company yet. As, company stated that based on the feedback from beta version and after meeting the standards the stable version will be released.
But it is expected that the stable version for OnePlus might release in late November, as company hinted at late November release, but it wasn’t a promise.
OxygenOS will bring loads of upgrades to OnePlus devices includes- Performance upgrades, Design upgrades, AI upgrades and new feature, and Google upgrades to OnePlus devices.
